Fluticasone

Fluticasone inhalation is a preventive treatment for asthma attacks belonging to the group of steroids. In its primary function, it is extremely effective, though, it is unable to stop a triggered asthma attack. It has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, which provides its effectiveness in reducing the number and severity of asthma attacks, treating allergic and non-allergic rhinitis, improving the lungs function, and easing the symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in adults and children.

Fluticasone is also marketed under the names: Flovent (Diskus / HFA / Rotadisk).
