Maxalt (Generic)

Maxalt (Rizatriptan) is a selective serotonin receptor agonist prescribed to heal unpleasant symptoms of migraine, i.e. hard headache accompanied with photosensitivity and sickness. It narrows blood vessels and stops pain signals by eliminating some natural compounds causing sickness and other migraine symptoms. It cuts migraine attacks. The drug starts working within 30 minutes following the intake.

The drug is also presented by its cost-saving analogs: Rizalt, Rizaliv and Rizatriptan.
