Lyrica (Generic)

Lyrica, or Pregabalin, is an anticonvulsant medicine relieving certain forms of nerve seizures and pains due to post herpetic neuralgia and diabetic neuropathy. Each capsule contains an active agent helping to treat epilepsy. Its working effect is based on stabilizing electrical activity of the brain. It is prescribed to treat pain occurring after damages or nerve disturbance, peripheral neuropathic pains in legs, feet or hands. The drug is helpful in treating central neuropathic pains caused by spinal cord injuries.

At the market, generic Lyrica is also sold as Lyrica or Pregabalin.
